1. Eligibility

3. User Content

• By posting User Content, you grant Inspairu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your content for the purposes of operating, developing, promoting, and improving the Platform.

3.2 Removal of Content

• You may delete your User Content at any time; however, copies may remain in backup systems or be retained if shared or reposted by other users.
• Inspairu may remove any content that violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post, share, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or discriminatory.
• Post misleading or false information with the intent to deceive.
• Infringe or violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload malware, spam, or engage in phishing, scraping, or unauthorized data collection.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the Platform for commercial activities without our written consent (outside of permitted creator monetization programs).
• Circumvent security measures or access non-public areas of the Platform.

5. AI-Generated Content Policy

As an AI-focused platform, Inspairu requires:

• Clear disclosure when content is NOT AI-generated or AI-assisted, if possible.
• No use of AI to produce harmful, deepfake, or deceptive content targeting individuals without their consent.
• Compliance with all applicable laws regarding AI content.

6. Privacy

• Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information.
• We may collect and share anonymized usage data for analytics, research, and advertising purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

• All rights in the Platform, including software, design, and branding, belong to Inspairu Inc. or our licensors.

8. Termination

• You may stop using Inspairu at any time by deleting your account.
• We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
• Upon termination, licenses granted to us for your User Content will continue for any content still in use by us or shared with other users.

9. Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform.
• We do not endorse or control User Content and are not responsible for it.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspairu Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Inspairu Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform,
• Your violation of these Terms, or
• Your infringement of any rights of a third party.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Platform or email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

• No content promoting self-harm, dangerous activities, or illegal behavior.
• Content showing harmful or graphic material for educational/artistic purposes must be labeled clearly.

5. No Spam or Misuse

• Don’t flood the platform with repetitive posts, comments, or irrelevant promotions.
• No fake engagement (e.g., buying likes, follows).
• Don’t use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools without permission.

6. Follow the Law

• You’re responsible for following local, national, and international laws.
• No posting or promoting illegal goods, services, or activities.

7. Protect Privacy

• Do not share personal contact information (yours or others) publicly.
• No posting private images or information without consent.

8. Reporting & Moderation

• Use the “Report” feature to flag content or behavior that violates these guidelines.
• Our moderators may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.
• Repeat or severe violations may result in permanent bans.

9. Creative Freedom, Respectful Boundaries

We celebrate creative risk-taking, unique artistic styles, and experimental AI work — but always within safe and respectful limits. Push your creativity, not the rules.

10. Remember Our Mission

Inspairu is about inspiring people with AI-powered creativity. If your content or behavior makes the community less welcoming, less safe, or less inspiring, it doesn’t belong here.
